SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 50% Deposit upon signed confirmation and balance COD upon delivery. 

2. No cancellation of order once it is confirmed and signed.

3. The payment paid herein is NOT REFUNDABLE.

4. We retain ownership & property right on goods delivered until the entire payment is settled.

5. The order will be subjected to GST.

6. Availablity of stocks will be advised upon signed confirmation and receipt of 50% Deposit payment.

DELIVERY

1. Free delivery for orders above $1,000.00.

2. Delivery charge of $150.00 is applicable for orders below $1,000.00.

3. Delivery will be to ground level only.

4. Delivery mode: To be advised upon signed confirmation.

RETURN/REFUND

1. All confirmed items are not returnable or exchangeable.

2. Any excess quantities cannot be returned to us.

3. Complaints of defective goods/items must be reported within the same day they were delivered. No complaints would be entertained after the date of delivery.
